Do you ever indulge a little too much in some yummy treats, only to find yourself feeling guilty and disappointed afterwards? Well, say goodbye to that guilt! Moderating the amount of processed foods and "junk" foods in our diet is important for overall health, but it is also important for our mental health to not feel guilty over overindulging. Even dietitian's indulge sometimes, and even eat a bit too much of that pizza or ice cream. The key to not completely giving up on your healthy living efforts is to make sure you fight the guilt, focus on your goals, and find the best next step to get you back on track. You will feel much better once you get back on the right track toward healthy living, rather than getting further from your goals due to giving up out of depression or disappointment. Stay motivated, stay strong, & focus on your goals! You got this! 💪🏼
