Magnesium to decrease Peroid Pain
Magnesium deficiency is super common especially if you have stress in your life (most of us;) and drink coffee (which depletes it). In some people low magnesium causes more painful peroid cramps and getting more magnesium can decrease cramps, pain and sometimes even bloating.

- Magnesium, look for Magnesium gycinate, which you can find in capsules at most health stores

- Shoot for 200-600mg a day daily, avoid if you have kidney problems and if diarrhea develops (which can happen with too much magnesium at one time) ease off the dose until it stops.
