Vitamin B6 for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Vitamin B6 has been shown in studies to help in many people with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Mild B6 insufficiencies are quite common in the western diet. If you are deficient (ask your doctor to check) doses of 2.5-25mg/day may be beneficial.
