  • Zinc is found in a wide range of foods including pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut, oysters, organic chicken, ginger, legumes, whole grains, mushrooms, Spirulina and seaweed. So stock up.
  • And if you need more you can grab some zinc in pill form for a higher dose from your local health food store.
