Ginger has been used for years in several countries for various medical aliments. Recently a study has found it to be as effective as advil (ibprofen) and mefenamic acid (ponstel) for treatment of menstrual pain.

What You'll Need

  • 1 tbsp Ginger Powder
  • A sweeter of choice (preferably stevia, honey or maple syrup)
  • 1 cup hot water

What You'll Do

  • Stir ginger powder into hot water and sweeten to taste with your sweetener of choice. Drink 1 cup every hour or as needed.

Tips & Warnings

  • Do not drink if you are allergic to ginger. Caution when using hot water.
