This is an extremely powerful stress relieving breath. Follow these simple steps to help your body deal with the anger you are feeling

What You'll Need

  • Your face and privacy

What You'll Do

  • Inhale as deeply as possible through the nose,
  • pause at the top of the breath for a couple of counts,
  • then stick out your tongue as wide as possible and forceably exhale through your wide open mouth.
  • Repeat a couple of times.
