What You'll Need

  • Wholemeal Rice Cakes
  • Fresh fruit with skin-on
  • Vegetable sticks
  • Very dark chocolate
  • Still or sparkling Water with sprigs of mint and orange slices

What You'll Do

  • Clear the cupboards of refined sugars and high sugar products.
  • Stock up with high-fibre, low-sugar snacks.
  • Make your own healthy desserts
  • Avoid sugary drinks, fizzy drinks and fruit juices
