Change your thinking and take action
There are some things around us that stresses us out but we can't change - in these cases, work on changing how we think about these stressors. Changing our thinking and viewing the stressor from a different viewpoint is the key to reducing stress. Furthermore, work on changing the focus of your thinking and look at priorities. In the case that we can change what's stressing us out - problem-solve it and make an action plan: what to do about the stressor and take action. Planning and organising is also key to reducing stressors and not leaving things to pile up as that can contribute to stress as well.
