Our confidence drops when we focus on negate thoughts about ourself. In order to change this around and lift our confidence, it is important to focus on the positive aspects of ourselves.

  • Pen and paper

What You'll Do

  • At the end of every day, write out three things that you did that day and next to each thing, write out the positive qualities of that action.
  • E.g. called a friend - shows that I am thoughtful, considerate, friendly
