Forest App: fun way to digital detoxing!
This is such a fun app, my friends and I all downloaded it together last weekend – and I know that most people will say, how can an app be helpful for a digital detox or to break from tech addiction but hear me out! In Forest, you're helping virtual trees 'grow' by not touching your phone! So the more you refrain from touching your phone, the more trees pop up and flourish. You can grow as many trees as you like depending on your own willpower, how fun is that? One tree for 30 minutes, two trees for one hour, and four for four hours etc. The trees die if you get on your phone too often, causing the forest to be cursed and haunted. Cool right
