Practice yin yoga rather than a dynamic vinyasa yoga when your body is feeling burnt out. Yin Yoga is good for deep relaxation & relief of stress carried by the fascia in the body - by holding poses for 5 mins or so, tiny tears are made in the fascia, making the body more malleable & flexible - and therefore less likely to cause injury long term. Yin is also hugely beneficial to balance out the yang or "fire" in one's body & mind which will h help aid your body in exhaustion.
