Losing weight is apparently about 80% diet and 20% exercise - so therefore it all comes down to the simple truth that losing weight just comes down to what you eat, as well as the quantities.

It's not so much about eating less - starving yourself will only make your body hang onto its fat! Read a good nutrition book and realise which foods have good calories and bad calories...
