Creating A Sunday Night Routine To Beat The Blues
The Sunday night blues are real in my house. I find the best way to beat the blues is to create a quiet afternoon/evening for myself but at the same time getting ready for the work week. Meal preps, clean laundry and apartment? Let's be real... sometimes it's tough to get all those things done and we just want to rest. I try not to make plans Sunday night, I'll cook or order in and just take it easy. I don't put pressure on my self to get everything done. Sometimes I don't get anything done! I allow myself to enjoy the evening and get to bed early. I wake up and am ready to hit the ground running!
