  • As soon as you catch yourself after smoking and you feel guilty, begin thinking how gross and sick you feel.
  • Really focus on the taste, the smell on your hands and face, and as you do tell yourself how gross it is and how sick it's making you.
  • Do this every single time after you smoke and whenever you see someone else smoking remind yourself how bad it makes you feel.
