Sugar is obviously bad for your teeth, I am sure you receive a lecture every time you go to the dentist. Although the ideal solution is removing sugar out of your diet completely, there are things you can do to reduce the harmful effects on your teeth. With sugar, it is the frequency rather than the amount of sugar that is harmful to the teeth. If you are going to have any sugar, try to limit it to mealtimes (straight after your lunch or your dinner). Try and make drinks and snacks between your meals sugar free, for example cheese, crackers, veg sticks.

What You'll Need

  • Sugar free snacks
  • Strong will power

What You'll Do

  • Limit sugar to meal times
  • If you are going to have something sweet, don't graze on it over a long period of time.
