  • toothpaste
  • toothbrush
  • And your toothbrush!

What You'll Do

  • apply toothpaste to your toothbrush
  • brush your teeth
  • Carry around with you your toothbrush and toothpaste - so even if you are travelling you can resist the snacking urge

I do this! I find the best time is to wait until about an hour after you've eaten dinner and then brush your teeth- late in the evening is when I feel the urge to snack the most and this gets rid of it.
