Change your screen saver to something that motivates you
Considering most of us check our phones 55 times per day and some of us even 100 times, a visual reminder of what we could be doing is a great way to increase motivation and decrease tech or phone addiction. Your screen saver can play a big part in reminding you of valuable ways to spend your precious time.
