‘Wait Training’ – start to carve out short periods when you have your phone switched off or left at home and gradually increase the wait period until you check it again. This is such an easy method to help you decrease time on your phone, ease tech addiction, and increase productivity.

What You'll Need

  • Nothing.

What You'll Do

  • This was how I started to curtail my phone use – my experimenting with leaving my phone at home while I took my dog for a walk in the morning.
  • Getting a taste of the ‘clear head space’ this created inspired me to carve out longer periods per day when I didn’t have my phone on me.
