This type of meditation needs you to find a quiet space to let go of all your negative feelings and replace them with kindness using a step by step process. You also get to feel better about yourself during the process, so its a win win!
What You'll Need
- A quiet space
- 5 minutes peace
What You'll Do
- 1. Find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed for 5 minutes
- 2. Breath deeply and start by developing loving and compassionate feelings for:
- - Yourself
- - A good friend
- - A 'neutral' person (someone you have neither strong positive or negative feelings for)
- - A difficult person (this is where I bring the person I feel anger towards in)
- - All 4 of the above
- - The entire universe
