Get an overview of what might be causing you to feel exhausted. Start with one area, for example, are you not getting enough sleep? Find ways that will support your bedtime routine. Maybe it's winding down half an hour earlier before bed. Adjusting your lighting and coming away from screens such as computers, television and mobile phones. Listening to relaxing music or taking a warm bath.

What You'll Need

  • A diary.

What You'll Do

  • This is a guide
  • Start tracking your daily routine in a diary over 21 days.
  • Keep a note of what improves your sleep and see how your mind and body feels.
  • Once that seems to be working, tackle another area, for example, nutrition or busy work schedule. Trying to fix everything all at once can be overwhelming, and so I encourage you to break it down, small steps. Add something on every 21 days and keep monitoring for changes.
