Stars are often described as the calm sea after the storm, representing serenity and peace. Use the following ritual to help you find tranquillity and calm through silence during your fertility journey.

What You'll Need

  • Try this at night before bed.

What You'll Do

  • Follow the instructions above.
  • Close your eyes and visualise lying under the vast dark sky, filled with bright stars.
  • These glorious stars start to beam their healing light down from the skies.
  • The light pours in from the sky, into your space, into your body, mind and soul, and you sense the energy of peace, calm and divine love.
  • As star magic flows deeper and deeper start to repeat the following affirmation: 'I connect to peace, love and inner calm'.
  • Repeat for a few minutes and then bathe in the light of the nights sky.
  • Lay there in silence, receiving the wisdom and love from the stars.
