Don’t fear fats: almonds
For years we were told to fear the fats as they’ll add to our cholesterol and our waistline. However, this is certainly not the case. We require healthy fats in our diet in order to absorb specific fat soluble nutrients, lubricate joints and promote optimal brain functioning among a whole host of other roles. So off you go and munch away on those almonds!
