Dry Brushing helps move the lymphatic system and eliminate toxins (byproducts of Candida), improving blood circulation. Do this every day.

What You'll Need

  • A natural (not synthetic) dry brush. I use cactus hair.

What You'll Do

  • Begin your skin brushing before you shower or bathe, and be sure to use a dry brush. Start on the soles of your feet, using small circular motions. Move to your legs, using long strokes. Always brush towards your chest, following the flow of lymphatic fluid. Go counter clockwise on your stomach and abdomen. When you move to your arms, start at the finger tips and brush towards your body. Use small, circular strokes in your armpits. Lastly, brush your shoulders and upper chest, always down towards your heart. Take a shower (a contrast shower would be good) and dry yourself thoroughly.
