Magnesium is a NATURAL muscle relaxant. It helps "unwind" the racing mind and body. Take anywhere from 400-1000 mg before sleep for a more restful, deeper, realer sleep that is less affected (in my experience) by stress triggers and wandering mind. Its really wonderful for insomnia and stress.
