Magnesium is a NATURAL muscle relaxant. It helps "unwind" the racing mind and body. Take anywhere from 400-1000 mg before sleep for a more restful, deeper, realer sleep that is less affected (in my experience) by stress triggers and wandering mind. Its really wonderful for insomnia and stress.

What You'll Need

  • Magnesium vitamins: . This should be in a chelated form (such as citrate, ascorbate, orotate, glycinate, ideally a mix of them).

What You'll Do

Tips & Warnings

  • Avoid oxide salts and be aware that some sensitive people get diarrhea from the citrate form
