- Your hands
What You'll Do
- On the inside of your forearm, measure a general palm's width from your wrist crease (approx 2.5 inches/ 5cm)
- Rub that area with your thumb. First one arm then the other for about 5-10 min, until the nausea subsides.
- Better yet, get someone else to rub the spot for you!
