This just takes five minutes, and you will start feeling better enough to get help. Works whenever you have nausea due to pregnancy, travel or just general under-the-weather-ness.

What You'll Need

  • Your hands

What You'll Do

  • On the inside of your forearm, measure a general palm's width from your wrist crease (approx 2.5 inches/ 5cm)
  • Rub that area with your thumb. First one arm then the other for about 5-10 min, until the nausea subsides.
  • Better yet, get someone else to rub the spot for you!
