Snacking can be an unconsious habit that leads you to piling on the pounds. We often snack due to an emotional need that needs to be soothed. Do you eat when bored? Lonely? Angry? Try finding another behaviour to soothe that feeling instead of using food. Bored? Phone a friend or go for a walk. Lonely? Get outside, go see a movie or visit a family member. Angry? Try and do some exercise, get rid of the anger in a way that empowers rather than disempowers you.

What You'll Need

  • Just yourself and the willingsness to change
