Talk it out
Anxiety presents itself in many physical ways but from my experience talking it out, dealing with the emotions with someone, might help you find where it comes from and give you some answers. This is a good starting point and then you could bring in some mindfulness, meditation practice, breathing exercises and some reiki healing to rebalance the body, mind and emotions.
