It has been proven that exercising reduces stress and anxiety. The key is to create a consistent exercise routine that you enjoy. Exercising does not have to take hours and it doesn't have to end with you drenched in sweat. The goal is to get your heart rate up and move your body. Some great forms of exercising include yoga, weight lifting, rollerblading, riding a bike, hiking, going for a walk, going for a run, jumping rope, hula hooping, jumping on a trampoline, swimming, pilates, barre, and other fitness classes.
