Use a 10 second movement to get your blood pumping and your endorphins running! Feeling nervous about that presentation you have in a few minutes? Feeling a bit overwhelmed about that first date? Find a small private space (even a bathroom stall if needed) and jump up and down and shake your arms and shoulders. Do this freely and really let your body move. Let go of the stiffness and the judgement. Do this for about 10 seconds. Afterwards, take a few deep breaths and place your hands over your heart. Acknowledge your heartbeat, your breath, and set your intention.
