Mindfulness is such a hot topic these days, but one question many might be asking is "is it just a trend?" The simple answer to that is NO. Mindfulness as a way of life is here to stay. More and more people are implementing mindfulness practices to their every day life. They are practicing mindfulness within themselves by reflecting how they feel about something or someone. They are becoming proactive about how to handle a situation in the best way possible by approaching the scenario using mindful conversations. Companies are even dedicating mediation rooms and free yoga sessions to encourage emotional and mental expansion and balance during the working day as a way of promoting mindfulness. Are you practicing mindfulness on a daily basis? A simple way to promote mindfulness within yourself is to aware of your thoughts and how they make you feel. Reflect on the negative feelings and what triggers them. Is there a way to change your thoughts to promote inspiration and excitement rather than fear and anxiety? Mindfulness is a way of life and is helping us build a better future for everyone.
