Thanks a million Lana. I am a 59 year old male with a 3cm sliding hiatus hernia, acid reflux, split six pack and a traumatic brain injury from a Motocross accident in 2012. I have stopped taking antacids pills and started drinking Apple Cider Vinegar before each meal. I feel much less bloated and so much better after only a week.
