- Apple Cider Vinegar. Use raw, unpasteurised apple cider vinegar from a glass bottle.
What You'll Do
- Taking apple cider vinegar mixed with a small glass of water, 15-20minutes before a meal, can improve digestion and limit the need for antacids.
- Start with 1-2teaspoons, and build up to 1-2 tablespoons until you see an improvement in digestive symptoms

- Should not be tried for anyone with stomach ulcers or those on acid blocking medication such as omeprazole.
