Despite what we are lead to believe, many cases of indigestion are to do with too LITTLE acidity in the stomach, which compromises digestion and means the stomach has to work even harder to start digesting food.

What You'll Need

  • Apple Cider Vinegar. Use raw, unpasteurised apple cider vinegar from a glass bottle.

What You'll Do

  • Taking apple cider vinegar mixed with a small glass of water, 15-20minutes before a meal, can improve digestion and limit the need for antacids.
  • Start with 1-2teaspoons, and build up to 1-2 tablespoons until you see an improvement in digestive symptoms

Tips & Warnings

  • Should not be tried for anyone with stomach ulcers or those on acid blocking medication such as omeprazole.
