Magnesium – nature’s calming mineral – when in citrate form, can help draw water in to the bowel and enable a bowel movement. You must ensure you drink plenty of water.

What You'll Need

  • Magnesium Citrate (200mg)

What You'll Do

  • Take 200mg of magnesium citrate before bed. If no effect the next day, build up slowly until you find a dose that helps you. Drop it back if you have loose bowels.

Tips & Warnings

  • Please check with an experienced practitioner prior to taking any supplementation, particularly if on any medication.
