For some people acne is caused by too much dairy food and our bodies' inability to process it.

What You'll Need

  • None diary substitutes - Almond milk work really well and are delicious.
  • soy milk, soy cheese.
  • For some people, non-cows diary doesn't cause the same acne issues that cows diary does, so then you can try Goats or Sheeps diary.

What You'll Do

  • Gradually cut out all dairy produce.
  • Quit cheese, yoghurt and milk.

Tips & Warnings

  • Try not to bang on about not eating dairy too much - other people find it dull and don't want to hear about why you can't eat cheese!
