Dried apricots can help get you regular
Dried apricots can be one solution you need to help get things moving in the bathroom. I tend to get constipated (yay me) and I find this really does work for me. My mother always told me about this home remedy to help ease constipation, and since I was a child in Sydney, I have used the dried fruits to help stop feeling so clogged up. She would buy some at the grocery store and leave them in the kitchen cupboard just in case! I think it has something to do with the fiber content in prunes and apricots that help you poop regularly. I love snacking on them too so if you're the kind of person who tends to get blocked like me then I would honestly go for dried fruit like apricots because they make you more regular and don't have anything to do with suppositories!

- Stay near a loo! Not that you're going to get diarrhea or anything but the fibre will help get things moving and will maybe make you want to go after a few minutes of digestion. Also, dried fruit can contain a lot of sugar so they have many calories. If you can, buy the organic unsweetened kind from a health food store or grocer.
