Meditation has really helped me with increased energy and less illness. It helps me feel less down when things are going badly, and when my fibro symptoms really kick in, meditation stops the feelings of depression associated with it. I know there are many different types of meditation, I have tried a few and the one that works best for me is called Vedic Meditation. You will need to find a proper vedic meditation teacher, and it can cost a bit of money to get the correct training, but trust me - its worth it, and its just one cost at the beginning and a skill set that stays with you forever.

  • Try out different forms of meditation to see what works for you: you can use apps like Headspace or Calm.
  • Find a teacher

  • Try and meditate in the morning and night
  • Keep it up!
  • Get started by picking a form of meditation
  • If you decide to go down the Vedic Meditation route you will need to find a good meditation teacher
