Applying Sudocrem is a cheap and easy way to ease the pain and discomfort of Eczema in children. Sudocrem has been around for years and so many people swear by it to help them manage their baby's diaper rash and so on. It can be used to calm, soothe and heal eczema and other skin conditions and dry skin too. Sudocrem has anaesthetic and antiseptic properties, so it's really helpful for other things too other than nappy rash. the good thing is it's inexpensive and you can buy a big tub of it and use it for yourself too, like to help reduce acne or help ease a sunburn or help with minor burns like from cooking.

What You'll Need

  • Sudocrem (UK nappy cream)

What You'll Do

  • Before going to sleep, layer Sudocrem over the eczema infected area.
  • Once applied wrap the area in cotton and sleep.

Tips & Warnings

  • Make sure area is well covered so as to not get cream on sheets - but don't worry it doesn't stain. If you notice something more serious in your child's skin condition, speak to a Doctor immediately.

Sudocream has also helped my eczema as an adult - it is rich and doesn't rub in that well - but it is a miracle worker and also affordable.
