Simple Habit App
I downloaded the Simple Habit app to help me learn how to meditate and have so far found that it really has helped me out. I found it great for busy people like me (always rushing) as the meditations are short and then build up, allowing you to grow and get used to meditating rather than being thrown in the deep end which would have just made me panic! It helps to reduce stress, improve focus, sleep better, relax faster, breathe easier etc.
