How to cure your FOMO

My FOMO is triggered by consuming too much of other people's lives on social media. To take away the sting of FOMO I have learnt to transmute the jealousy to positivity by commenting with something encouraging on the post and then channeling my time and energy into things I actually want to do!

- Put in time and energy towards something that gives you joy!

- Keep an eye on who and what you follow on social media as this can lead to overwhelm and increases in FOMO. If you can't see it in your feed, it can't trigger you.
