Natural support for insomnia
Used as a medicinal herb in many cultures for centuries. The ancient Greeks and Romans used valerian tea medicinally! Drink 1 cup of valerian tea 1-2 hours before bedtime. Valerian root is widely available in a tea - and most easily taken in this form. You can find the tea bags in any good health store and often in supermarkets (in US & UK).

- Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tea bag and leave to steep for a couple of minutes. * Drink an hour before bedtime
