A 20 Minute Power Nap Makes All the Difference!
Going about your day feeling exhausted is unproductive for you and others around you! With busy lives it can be difficult to get out of a cycle of feeling tired. A 20 minute power nap after lunch always makes me feel much more awake. Even if I have not fallen asleep during this time, sometimes just sitting and not doing anything can help to recharge! It gives your mind and body some time to relax. Listening to calming music also helps. Sometimes, if at work it is not always possible to take 20 minutes, or to nap anywhere, however, even 5 minutes of your day sitting and not thinking about work can alleviate feeling exhausted and make you more productive!

What You'll Do
- 20 minute power nap after lunch, or after work
- If not possible, a 5-10 minute break relaxing listening to music can help!
- Find a comfortable sofa or chair, somewhere where you can properly relax
- Set your alarm for 20 minutes - to make sure you don't sleep for a lot longer!
