FOMO (fear of missing out) is something that only bothers you if you let it! It can be very easy to get wrapped up in making lots of plans and committing to too many things. Its important to remember that sometimes you need down time to relax and recharge!! If you've said no to something and then get FOMO, think about why you said no in the first place! Or, do something you enjoy instead e.g. watch a film, cook some food.
