First thing first , Procrastination isn’t about being lazy. There are many reasons why people procrastinate such as the idea for the project isn’t totally formed for example. However some reasons for procrastinating require deeper analysis. Here is one example: Fear of Failure How many people have started to write that book or commence a project only to never finish it because they were afraid of the negative feedback they would get? For some this could indicate that they aren’t as good as they thought they were. For others, it reflects an inherent negative belief buried in their subconscious that they aren’t good enough. This fear of not being good enough is also likely to affect them in other areas of their life such as relationships, health, finance, careers etc Working to remove the core issue that causes the fear will be a challenge, but a challenge worth taking. EFT is an excellent technique to identify your core beliefs an can be learned it ten minutes.
