Are you an emotional eater? Do you know what are your triggers causing you to overeat, eat the wrong foods, or both. It is these triggers, such as anxiety, stress, boredom or general unhappiness that need to be investigated before you can change your relationship with food. I have found EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to be an excellent way of identifying the limiting beliefs (which are formed in early childhood and are buried deep in the subconscious)) that trigger emotional eating. EFT is best described as acupuncture without the need for needles and in it’s basic form can be learned in as little as 10 minutes and become a tool to help with all emotional issues (as well as physical pain as well)
