  • Write lists of what's worrying you and identify if they are things you can do something about or not. The things you can't do anything about cross off the list and the things you can do something about write down what you can do, how and when relaistically you can do it by
  • Do a little spring clean. Decluttering can be a great distraction and can also help you feel more organised and in control of your surroundings
  • Do some progressive muscle relaxation. Lying down gradually move your way up the body starting at your feet, tensing the indvidual body part and then releasing it before moving onto the next body part.
  • Take 10 long deep breaths, bringing your attention to attempting to make the inhale and exhale the same length. This helps calm the body and mind.
