Migraine is related to your emotions and sensory emotions. Although I never had to experience it, my first meditation guru at Vipassana had a similar problem and he was able to cure it with strict meditation practise and routine.
What You'll Need
- Guided Meditation Book, Audio-book or a guru. You can also visit a meditation class to learn.
What You'll Do
- Focus on the breathing in-and-out process. Feel each sensation of your body as you breath starting from your nostrils. Focus on the nostrils for a few days until you are able to concentrate without getting distracted.
- Move your focus towards the other parts of your body slowly along the spinal cords and central nervous system.
