Bad breath can be caused by residue from acid-forming foods that are left sticking to your moth. By using baking soda this can rebalance the high levels of acid that are in the mouth, leaving your breath feeling fresh.

What You'll Need

  • Baking Soda/Bicarbonate of Soda
  • Glass of water

What You'll Do

  • In a glass of water add half a teaspoon of baking soda and let it dissolve; use this as you would a mouth rinse!
  • You can use this once a day.
