If you can't resist an after dinner cigarette then changing your diet might be the answer. Certain foods such as coffee, alcoholic beverages and meat all boost the taste of a cigarette. Water, fruit, vegetables and dairy products however, make cigarettes taste awful. So stay away from steak and opt for the vegetarian option instead.
