It focuses on different goals from waking up feeling refreshed to sleeping through the night without waking up. The website asks you a series of questions about your sleeping habits, what is bothering you about your sleep, what keeps you up at night, what worries you etc. and then emails you personal sleep plan, approved by sleep experts. It then emails you a personalised sleeping plan comparing your sleep problems to other people your age. It then offers you a a features personalized CBT techniques. In gold standard clinical trials it has been shown to help overcome even long term poor sleep. Worth a try!
