If you constantly finding yourself craving sugar after a meal try introducing cinnamon into your food. Cinnamon has been shown in multiple studies to help to reduce sugar cravings by controlling the blood glucose levels. Apparently cinnamon can help your body minimise insulin spikes after eating which for many leads to a feeling of hunger and consuming more sugar.

  • A small amount of Cinnamon - you can sprinkle it on your coffee, cereal etc.
